Kwabena Kwabena Urges King Paluta to Apologize After On-Stage Outburst in London

A video making the rounds on social media has sparked conversation after it captured rapper King Paluta pausing his performance to lash out at a fan during a recent party in London.

According to reports, the altercation began when an audience member made a negative comment about King Paluta’s performance. In response, the rapper stopped mid-performance to confront and insult the individual, an act that has drawn mixed reactions from fans and the public.

Speaking on UTV’s United Showbiz on Saturday, July 5, highlife legend Kwabena Kwabena weighed in on the incident, urging King Paluta to maintain professionalism on stage, regardless of provocation.

“As an artiste, your job is to entertain—not to let your emotions take over,” Kwabena Kwabena said. “People pay money to see you perform. Whether they like you or not, you owe them a show.”

He acknowledged that performing in a tense or unreceptive environment can be challenging, but emphasized that it's part of the job.

“What he did could happen to anyone, but we must be honest—the words he used were not befitting of an artiste of his stature. It was disappointing,” he added.

Kwabena Kwabena went on to suggest that both King Paluta and his management should issue a public apology for the incident.

“I believe he and his team should have already released a statement by now. Let’s call a spade a spade and take responsibility,” he said firmly.

Looking ahead, the seasoned musician advised King Paluta to remember the weight of public scrutiny that comes with fame, and to learn how to manage criticism with grace.

“When you’re in the public eye, you’ll always be judged. How you respond defines your legacy.”

As conversations continue online, many fans hope this moment becomes a learning curve for the rising rapper as he navigates his growing influence in the music industry.
